| Yellow Rice Dinner Cooking Instructions |
Bring 3 cups of water, 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine and 2 teaspoons of salt to a boil.
Add rice and contents of seasoning packet. Return to boil and cook uncovered for one minute, stirring once.
Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
For a delicious variation, use chicken brothj instead of water.
