We accept on-line payments through PayPal & Google Checkout
Alternatively you can phone in your order to 251-391-2024. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Please make a note of which products you want to order, including the product number, before calling. Due to high volumes of calls we can not always answer in person, but if you leave a short message, including a contact number, we will call you back as soon as possible.
To order by mail please download the order form, fill in your details and send it to Southern Traditional Foods, 30172 Green Court, Daphne, AL 36527. Checks and money orders should be made payable to "Southern Traditional Foods"
Please allow 7 to 14 working days for delivery of your product.

View or download the correct price list, see above.
Complete your delivery address, telephone number and email address.
Complete each line of the order form, creating a line total and a sub total when you are done.
Add all the line totals, including the $5 handling fee for split case ordering.
If you are in Alabama, calcualte 4% sales tax. (multiply the total by 0.04)
Write your check or money order for the amount, made payable to: Southern Traditional Foods
Mail the order form and check to: STF House, 30172 Green Court, Daphne, AL 36527.

| Shipping Terms & Conditions |
It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is accurate. If an order is returned to us because it could not be delivered we will offer you a refund of the cost of goods, less the shipping charges, or the opportunity to pay for re-shipping.
Please note we do not verify addresses; our shipping is handled automatically based on the details you enter when placing your order. We use USPS for most orders. We only use UPS when the order weight is over 25lb or if you would like to request overnight shipping (at an extra cost)
We will do our best to pack your order in a secure manner and every product is dispatched from our premises in first class condition. We can not be held responsbile for any damge caused during shipping but we will do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your order. Please contact us before ordering if you would like to purchase shipping insurance.
All of our products are sold "as is" and we do not accept returns due to a customer "not liking" a product. Please check the photos and descriptions to ensure you are ordering exactly what you want.
