| Where can I find these products in a store near me? |
Southern Traditional Foods is only licensed to sell online and by mail order; we do not distribute to retail stores.

| Do you have any discount coupons? |
We have a number of ways to earn refunds from your order of over $25. See our Customer Loyalty Program for more details.

| How do I pay by Check or Money Order? |
Download and print the correct order form, see product page.
View or download the correct price list, see product page.
Complete your delivery address, telephone number and email address.
Complete each line of the order form, creating a line total and a sub total when you are done.
Add all the line totals, including the $5 handling fee for split case ordering.
If you are in Alabama, calcualte 4% sales tax. (multiply the total by 0.04)
Write your check or money order for the amount, made payable to: Southern Traditional Foods

| Stone Ground, Water Ground or Steel Ground? |
Stone Ground and Water Ground are the same thing!
"Back in the Day" water was used to provide power to the mill wheels that turn the stones that grind the corn kernals. Stone/Water ground corn retains some of the hull and germ of the corn making it more nutritious than Steel Ground which removes the hull and germ almost completely.
Today, electricity is used to power the stones but the effect is still the same.

| There are holes in the bag, is that normal? |
Every product that is packed in plastic has one or two small holes pierced in the bag so that the product can breathe and the bag does not "pop" like a balloon when it is shipped. This is perfectly normal and is not indicative of bugs or any other problem with the product.

| How long will my order take to be delivered? |
We send out shipments every Monday so please allow 7 to 14 working days for delivery.

| I'm searching for another product, can you help me? |
We would be happy to try and find your favorite products; just send us an email with the name of the product and any other information you may have, for example, when and where was the last time you bought any, do you have an old packet with contact details of a producer etc.

| My order arrived and the box contained a bag from Publix/Brunos/World Market - can I buy the product from these stores? |
You may be lucky and live near a store that carries our products but if not we welcome online and mail order enquiries.
If you have received an order from STF and during unpacking you noticed a carrier bag from a grocery store this is simply our way of helping the environment. We use recycled plastic bags, cardboard, brown paper bags etc to pack out the shipping boxes so that your product arrives in first class condition.
